The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association (OAPA), incorporated in 1971, is a non-profit trade association representing the asphalt hot-mix producers operating in and for the state of Oklahoma.
The annual Asphalt Conference will be February 9th and 10th at the Clairon Meridian Convention Center in Oklahoma City, OK.
