August 23, 2010 - - The EPA is proposing to extend the deadline to comply with the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule for some facilities. Currently, companies must write and submit facility response plans for oil spills by November 10,2010.

Under a newly proposed amendment, some facilites can apply for one-year extensions.

Greenhouse Gas (GHS) data collection begins January 1, 2010

Annual Storm Water Comprehensive Compliance Reports must be submitted to the ODEQ by March 1st.

Tier II Reports are due by March 1st

Air Emissions Inventories (Redbud) Reports are due by April 1st.

Form R (TRI) Reports must be submitted to the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality by July 1.

He has more than 24 years of experience in environmental remediation, consulting, design and construction projects.

April 27, 2009 ~ ~ Derek Blackshare, P.E. will speak at the Annual OAOA (Oklahoma Airport Operators Association) meeting in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The topic of his presentation is "Airport Environmental Update", the presentation will cover SPCC Plans, Storm Water Permits, Tier Two Reporting, and FAA Regional Issues.

April 29, 2008 -- Blackshare Environmental Solutions has completed a NEPA EA for a proposed runway extension.  The project resulted in the relocation of a highway & railroad.  The EA was approved.
