April 29, 2008 -- Blackshare Environmental Solutions has completed a NEPA EA for a proposed runway extension. The project resulted in the relocation of a highway & railroad. The EA was approved.

March 25, 2008 -- Blackshare Environmental Solutions kicked off a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) project in late March for 172 sites throughout OK and TX panhandle. Blackshare will be responsible for performing surveys at each facility to inventory all storage products and prepare the SPCC plan to comply with requirements of 40 CFR 112.

March 17, 2008 -- Blackshare Environmental Solutions kicked off a NEPA project in mid March for an interstate pipeline. Blackshare will be responsible for securing the federal, state and local environmental permits and clearances for the entire 273 mile route. Blackshare will be providing the Environmental Assessments in the following areas Wetlands, Threatened and Endangered Species, and Archaeological Surveys.
